We have always dream t of living on an acreage, but had no idea where to start. When a friend told us to contact Millenium Plus Homes, we called them immediately. They were quite knowledgeable about building and developing. We had been warned that the building industry is full of lipstick builders whom have no idea on the importance of what is behind the walls. They throughout the process did many inspections to ensure that everything was done right. Even the owner Shameer was present throughout the project and treated the process like a piece of art. When my husband and I decided to buy a home, we made a checklist of things we wanted and things we must have. We visited with several builders and were about to give up when we heard about Millenium Plus Homes. To our surprise we found the owner, Shameer, to be brutally honest and forthcoming. Dear Millennium Plus Homes Wayne and I want to thank you all for doing such an outstanding job on our home renovation. From the very first introduction to the last inspection, we were treated like Royalty. Your professionalism, honesty, work ethic and friendliness made our home update such a positive (and fun) experience. Shameer, we feel like you are a part of our family now. We will miss speaking with you on a daily (and sometimes hourly) basis. You communicated with us remarkably well through the entire three month process and your perfectionism is something to be referred. Your knowledge of home renovations is truly impressive. Joe, you worked so hard and I felt like I could never bake you enough muffins for your dedicated and excellent work. Steph, you did such a great job framing our beautiful shower and I really appreciated that you crafted a bench - just for me. Cory, the lights are beautiful and really make the renovations shine. Steve, you're a pefectionist too and did such a great job helping to paint our kitchen bulkhead which was quite a daunting task. Shaf, your work in helping Joe rip up the old flooring was a job and a half. Of course, Shandra was the lady at the helm who coordinated all the action from head office. I was so pleased when you came to our house and I could show you "the masterpiece." Thank you!

We had our house renovated by Millenium Plus homes, and right from the consultation to the end of the project, we were impressed with the entire team. We were very appreciative of the level of professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy of the trades. They were very reliable, helpful and a pleasure to have in our house. For example, our daughter was 18 two years old at the time, and the gentelman installing the hardwood would work around her napping schedule and cut the wood on our deck even though it was wintertime so that it wouldn't be too noisy in our house for her.
