From start to finish you will deal with the same individuals. Even the owner is fully involved in the process. Initial Meeting
Whether your working with our team of designers or we are working with your architect/home designer, we will create a conceptual design for your Renovation. The design will be based on the attributes of your building site and within the parameters of the governing body. The design will also be respective of your budget. The design will be specific to preferences, needs and requests.


Pricing
At this time, based on your conceptual design and detail specification, Millenium Plus Homes will establish a detailed quote for the completion of your Renovation. This quote will be shared with you and allows for changes to your project with out incurring additional costs. Millenium Plus Homes is well know for it’s attention to details. Our quotes are even done at flat rates allowing the home owner to control all costs.


Contract
Upon your approval of design, specification, your timeline and the budget, a formal contract will be finalized. The contract details important aspects like permits, insurance, WCB, quality of workmanship, deposits, builders lein act, details of project, written requirement for any additional charges, and much more.


Permits
Millenium Plus Homes will next obtain the appropriate Permits and Approvals from the governing authority. This timeline is completely dependent on the governing body. Drawings will be submitted and before you know it, we'll be started!


Construction
A Building Permit is obtained and the construction phase begins. Throughout the construction process, a Millenium Plus Homes representatives will keep an open communication channel. During the process you will attend a series of key walk-throughs with certain trades and suppliers for example; Framing, Electrical, and Finishing etc. walk-throughs to ensure every detail is as you envisioned.


Hand over
A final walk-through takes place in the days before full completion, this part of the process should be the most fun, as you watch your dream become a reality. Enjoy your newly renovated dream home….
